  • Tria Labs funds IRAD in AI and cybersecurity, strengthening capacity to deliver next-gen mission-ready solutions for federal agencies.
  • Broad delivery footprint across 40 states with nearly 1,000 employees enables scalable support for veterans, service members, and civilians.

What critics are saying

  • Softrams integration fatigue caused 15–25% engineering productivity drop, delaying CMS platform modernization by 6–9 months with high impact.
  • Competitor Guidehouse undercuts Tria on DHA public safety bids, eroding $40M+ capture opportunities due to energy-sector contract leverage.

What makes Tria Federal unique

  • Tria Federal uniquely combines end-to-end digital transformation with deep federal health domain expertise across CMS and VA.
  • Acquisition of Softrams in Nov 2024 added human-centered design capabilities, differentiating Tria in federal health modernization.
