Trianz, the company behind enterprise agentic transformation platform Concierto, has appointed David Kruzner as Global Leader of Transformation Advisory Services. Kruzner brings over 20 years of experience advising Fortune 2000 boards and executive teams on business transformation and digital strategy. Previously Global Head of Consulting and Innovation at iGATE (now CapGemini) and a consultant at Ernst & Young, Kruzner will unify Trianz's advisory, assessment and solution architecture capabilities. He will lead the Transformation Advisory Services practice, which guides enterprise clients from initial engagement through to Concierto-powered transformation programmes. The appointment strengthens Trianz's enterprise advisory function, ensuring strategic clarity and executive alignment before platform execution begins. The platform addresses fragmentation in traditional cloud migrations by consolidating assessment, migration, modernisation and operations into a single system. Concierto Agentic comprises five integrated solutions: Migrate, Modernise, Manage, Maximise and Concierto Intelligence. The platform offers automated discovery, total cost of ownership analysis, parallel execution capabilities and AI-driven optimisation with over 100 pre-built workflows. The company reports having assessed hundreds of thousands of virtual machines at enterprise customers across 19 countries, supported by 78 systems integrator and channel partners globally. Trianz, a technology company specialising in enterprise digital transformation, has appointed Sudhakar Vadapalli as chief financial officer. He will lead global financial strategy and capital planning as the company scales its Concierto platform. Vadapalli brings nearly two decades of software finance experience, including roles at IBM, AppViewX and Material. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and an MS in Computer Science from IIT Madras. Trianz has pivoted to a "Transformation Services as a Software" model, with platform revenues growing triple digits year-over-year. The company onboarded over 100 enterprise customers in three quarters and filed 30 patent applications since May 2025. Trianz holds AWS Premier ISV Partner status and is expanding to Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud marketplaces.
