Trivelta acquires Kerma Games to expand into celebrity-led igaming content

Trivelta has acquired Kerma Games, the igaming content studio known for celebrity-led games and a 24/7 live dealer studio. Kerma has secured multi-year partnerships with high-profile names including Snoop Dogg, Lil Baby, Sexyy Red and Luka Modrić. The acquisition allows Trivelta to expand into proprietary content and entertainment IP, whilst providing Kerma with additional resources and global reach to accelerate game development and distribution. Kerma will continue operating under its own brand, retaining its creative identity and product strategy. Carson Hubbard, CEO of Trivelta, said the acquisition gives Kerma "the scale to become bigger". Liam Tassiello, COO and founder of Kerma Games, described it as "a major step forward", enabling the company to "develop more content" and "reach significantly more operators and platforms".
