Tryzens Global expands its leadership team to accelerate clients' digital commerce results and scale the business.

Tryzens Global expands its leadership team to accelerate clients' digital commerce results and scale the business. For over 20 years, Tryzens Global has helped the world's leading brands navigate the complexities of digital commerce, adapting to an ever-changing landscape with agility and vision. Today, Tryzens Group is sharing a significant milestone in its own story: two leadership appointments that will shape the next chapter of Tryzens Global. Celebrating 12 years of Andy Burton's leadership as CEO. Under Andy's guidance as CEO, Tryzens expanded across continents, set new standards in customer experience and built a people-first culture that defines who Tryzens Group is. His tenure has been marked by a relentless commitment to client success and an uncanny ability to see where the industry is heading ahead of time. Welcoming Phil Hoggarth as Tryzens Global's new CEO. To lead Tryzens Group into this next chapter, Tryzens Group is delighted to welcome Phil Hoggarth to Tryzens as the next CEO. Phil joins Tryzens with experience of leading customer centric businesses through periods of significant growth and his commitment to people and innovation will enable Tryzens to scale even faster. Phil's previous roles include CEO Communisis Group (private equity backed), Managing Director of Divisional Trading at Capita and SVP of Sales and Client Management EMEA at Convergys and Stream. In true Tryzens' fashion, this transition is built on continuity. Following a smooth three-month handover period, the role of Tryzens' Chief Executive Officer transitioned from Andy Burton to Phil Hoggarth on 18 May 2026. Andy continues as Executive Director, increasing his time to collaborate with clients and deliver high-performing, ecommerce experiences for ambitious brands. Welcoming Jodi Irving as Tryzens Global's new COO. At the same time, Tryzens Group has strengthened its operational capability with the appointment of Jodi Irving as Chief Operating Officer. Jodi brings experience of delivering performance improvements at digital agencies and retailers in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Jodi's previous roles include Group Chief Operating Officer at Overdose Digital and General Manager, Spotlight Retail Group. As a leader, Jodi builds high-performing teams by focusing on skills development, career progression and continuous growth. Looking ahead. Tryzens Group is entering this next chapter with more ambition, energy and confidence than ever. Andy, Phil and Jodi commented: "It's been a great privilege to serve as Tryzens' CEO over the last 12 years leading our teams help fabulous clients and brands achieve their ecommerce ambitions. I'm delighted to welcome both Phil and Jodi to Tryzens at this pivotal time to lead our business and operations and I'm excited for the next chapter." Andy Burton, Executive Director of Tryzens Global "Digital commerce is no longer just a channel. It's the heartbeat of how the world's best brands connect with their customers. Tryzens sits at the centre of this opportunity, with the talent, the expertise and the client relationships to help shape what comes next. I'm excited to lead our team on this journey as we embrace new experiences and technologies." Phil Hoggarth, CEO of Tryzens Global "The future of commerce belongs to brands that can act on data in real time, not just collect it. AI gives us the tools to close that gap between what customers want and what brands can deliver. I am thrilled to be helping our clients move at this speed and create growth, skills and career opportunities for our people." Jodi Irving, COO of Tryzens Global Bernie Segal, Non-Executive Chair of Tryzens Global, commented: "We are excited to welcome Phil Hoggarth as Tryzens' new Chief Executive Officer and equally thrilled that Andy Burton will continue with his strategic counsel as an Executive Director, partnering with clients to deliver high-performance, ecommerce results. With Jodi Irving joining us as Chief Operating Officer, our expanded leadership team has the right blend of commercial vision and operational rigor to deliver even higher levels of value for clients and accelerate our innovations and growth." Bernie Segal, Non-Executive Chair of Tryzens Global The best of Tryzens is ahead of Tryzens Group. Tryzens Group is certain of it.

Berry Bros. & Rudd partner with Tryzens to lead major digital transformation and US expansion.

Berry Bros. & Rudd partner with Tryzens to lead major digital transformation and US expansion. Berry Bros. & Rudd, Britain's oldest wine and spirits merchant, has partnered with Tryzens to modernise its global digital commerce ecosystem and support its international growth ambitions. The new Berry Bros. & Rudd platform is now live following eight months of intensive collaboration and delivery and follows on from the successful launch of its first US storefront, which went live in November 2025 to support the physical expansion of the business into the United States. Founded in London in 1698, Berry Bros. & Rudd has grown from a small coffee shop into one of the most respected and well-known wine and spirits businesses in the world. Still family-run, the company is known for its historic cellars, exceptional service, and longstanding role as an official wine supplier to the British Royal Family. Its customers have included cultural icons such as the poet Lord Byron. Delivering new digital foundations and unlocking new markets. Berry Bros. & Rudd has been an innovator throughout its long history. Today this pioneer in fine wine services is upgrading its digital capability to leverage its historic foundations for the expert supply, storage, and management of fine wine through their stores and cellars, and enabling the expansion of services to new clients and markets. The newly launched composable offering represents a major transformation programme, involving multiple technologies, complex integrations, enhanced customer experience and a large-scale data migration effort. At the heart of the transformation is a modern, scalable commerce architecture designed to replace aging and fragmented systems. The new ecosystem enables Berry Bros. & Rudd's teams to better serve customers while simplifying journeys across direct-to-consumer (D2C) commerce, managed cellar accounts, and its fine wine exchange, BBX. The new technology stack includes: * Adobe Commerce as the core commerce engine * Alokai powering the storefront experience * .NET services supporting cellar management capabilities and associated Android and iOS applications * Akeneo for product information management * Algolia for search * Amplience for content management The result is a modern, composable platform designed to upgrade service capability, reduce technical debt and the cost to serve, and future-proof the business so it can adapt more quickly to emerging technologies, including AI. Major data migration milestone to protect knowledge and experience. One of the most significant achievements within the programme was the successful migration of Berry Bros. & Rudd's extensive historical data. As part of the transformation the team migrated more than 300,000 customer records and nearly 4 million orders, alongside accounts, addresses, payments, consignments, billing documents, saved cards, gift cards, and many other associated records. Berry Bros. & Rudd's data model is highly complex, with interconnected customers, multiple order types, and historical records dating back to the early 2000s. Data migration was one of the organisation's primary risks to manage in this transformation project, making the successful outcome a major milestone achieved. Expanding into the US market. Alongside the core transformation, Berry Bros. & Rudd has also launched its US business, including its first wine merchant in Washington DC, and a US storefront. Built on Shopify and supported by Shopify POS, the new site delivers a streamlined, fast-to-market experience that consolidates a 1,000-SKU catalogue while supporting delivery in compliance with US state laws. The site also enables a range of customer services, from click and collect to cellaring services and wine tasting events. Modernising the digital experience. The transformation programme was designed to modernise every part of the customer experience, from buying wine to drink now through to long-term cellaring and investment. This shift gives the brand a faster, more flexible foundation that supports global expansion while simplifying day-to-day operations. Optimising the core business processes also included significant improvements to the customer account area, where the My Orders and My Payments section were enhanced and simplified to make actions clearer. New storefront capabilities include: * Buying wine for immediate delivery, storing in the merchant's cellar, or purchasing 'en primeur' wine. * Listing wines for sale on Berry Bros. & Rudd's exchange marketplace (BBX) and the ability to create and accept bids as well as sell wine back to the merchant. * Joining Cellar Plan, a wine collection service that includes expert guidance and exclusive events. * Booking events, tastings, and corporate rooms with dedicated support. Why Berry Bros. & Rudd chose Tryzens. The iconic wine and spirits merchant selected Tryzens to take over the project based on its reputation for collaboration and driving results with a track record of successful, on-time and on-budget delivery. With a joint passion for the vision of Berry Bros. & Rudd and an aligned culture around collaboration, commitment, and pragmatism, the teams are well-integrated and work as one entity. The project had the added pressure point for a tight delivery window. Tryzens was able to demonstrate its experience and capability in handling technically complex enterprise transformations, particularly in cases where legacy systems, multi-vendor landscapes, business process transformation, and data migration were critical facets of the programme. As a market leader in global branded commerce, Tryzens bring deep experience across the end-to-end digital commerce ecosystem, with proven success in delivering composable architectures, and helping clients leverage the opportunity from modern global trading operations. Equally important, Tryzens brought accountability, strong governance, commercial understanding, and hands-on operational leadership that was necessary to assure progress on delivery and accelerate the time-to-value. "Partnering with Tryzens represents an important step in modernising its digital ecosystem and expanding its global footprint. Tryzens Group needed a partner with proven enterprise expertise, who could simplify complexity, de-risk delivery, and help Tryzens Group move and adapt with speed and confidence. The takeover of support for its current stack was step one. Now, with the successful launch of its new platform, Tryzens Group has achieved a major milestone. Tryzens Group is excited for what comes next as Tryzens Group continue to build on this modern architecture and expand its service capability." Stephen Paterson, Chief Information Technology Director at Berry Bros. & Rudd "Berry Bros. & Rudd is one of the world's most storied and luxury brands with such a rich history. As a business, they operate on so many levels to meet the evolving needs of their discerning clients. Their ambition demands a modern and agile digital foundation that matches that pedigree and enables their relentless appetite to drive innovation, personalisation, and the highest quality of service. Tryzens Group is incredibly proud to support the fabulous team at Berry Bros. & Rudd as they evolve their digital commerce stack across markets and channels and enable their business to launch new services, enhance customer experience, and reach new clients with the same assured pedigree they are so famous for in the UK."
