Turf Masters Brands has acquired Executive Turf located in Lawrenceville, Georgia, Stewart Lawn & Garden based in Tomball, Texas, and Tender Lawn Care in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Turf Masters Brands, a provider of recurring residential lawn care services, announced the acquisition of Mr. Turf, a provider of residential lawn care, tree care and pest control services based in Fayetteville, Ga.
ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Turf Masters Brands, Inc. (“Turf Masters Brands” or the “Company”), a leading provider of recurring residential lawn care services and a CenterOak Partners (“CenterOak”) portfolio company, today announced the elevation of Jon Clift to Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Clift is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in the residential services industry who has served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company since 2022. Former CEO and Turf Masters Lawncare, LLC founder Andy Kadrich will remain on the Company’s Board of Directors and continue to serve as a Senior Advisor. The CenterOak team has deep experience investing in family-owned businesses and assisting founders with succession planning, and this promotion is part of a planned transition of senior leadership of Turf Masters Brands
