UFORCE

Autonomous combat systems for air, sea

Overview

UFORCE designs and scales autonomous combat systems for air, sea, and land. Its products include MAGURA unmanned surface vessels used in the Black Sea, Nemesis strike drones, combat robotics, counter-UAS systems (including counter-Shahed capability), and related command-and-control (C2) and remote-weapon-station products. The systems rely on autonomous and semi-autonomous platforms that can be operated or controlled remotely, integrating sensors, weapons, and communications to perform battlefield tasks. The company differentiates itself through combat-validated assets rather than theoretical concepts, rapid iteration based on feedback from actual combat, and multi-country European manufacturing and supply chains to deliver large bookings. Backed by high-profile executives and investors, UFORCE aims to provide ready-to-deploy, scalable autonomous systems to democratic partners and to expand its manufacturing footprint to meet growing demand in 2025 and beyond.

The company's portfolio also includes the first autonomous surface vessel to successfully down manned helicopters and fighter aircraft in combat. Through the partnership, UFORCE will make available its combat-proven aerial, maritime, and ground unmanned systems, advanced autonomy software, and command-and-control technologies to the US.

European defense tech startups are intensifying commercial discussions with Middle East governments following the Iran war, with several companies reporting surging interest from Gulf states seeking drone and missile defense systems.
