UJET provides a cloud-based customer service platform that combines contact center tooling with workforce management (CCaaS and WFM) and is powered by artificial intelligence. Its system helps organizations run their customer support by offering AI-powered self-service options, guidance for agents, and automated processes. It works as a cloud-native platform that can connect with other business tools like CRMs and IVRs, and it is sold on a subscription per agent per month basis. Compared with competitors, UJET emphasizes an integrated, AI-assisted experience for both customers and agents in a single platform, with a broad set of integrations and a straightforward per-seat pricing model. The company's goal is to help organizations of any size deliver better customer experiences by streamlining and improving how they handle interactions and workforce operations.

UJET, a customer experience AI platform, has appointed Jason Royer as Chief Financial Officer ahead of its Agentic Experience Orchestration (AXO) platform launch. Royer will oversee UJET's finance function as the company prepares to launch AXO, which will enable businesses to run AI agents and human agents as a single system. The appointment strengthens UJET's leadership following its $76 million Series D funding round. Vasili Triant became CEO in 2025, whilst Ian Peters-Campbell joined as CTO the same year. Royer brings experience from corporate finance leadership roles across venture-backed, private equity-backed, and public companies. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Corel Corporation, where he led the finance function through a carveout and sale process. UJET plans to bring AXO to general availability in the second half of 2026.

UJET, an AI-powered contact center company, has launched Agentic Experience Orchestration (AXO), a framework designed to automate workflows and reduce system complexity for customer service agents. The platform addresses the industry challenge where agents typically juggle 4-10 applications during customer interactions, with up to 30% of productivity lost to manual data entry. AXO introduces a persistent AI layer that integrates enterprise-wide data and systems, automating low-value tasks whilst escalating complex interactions to human agents. The system uses AI virtual agents, computer-using agents and workflow automation to eliminate the need for agents to manually navigate multiple back-office systems. Backed by Sapphire Ventures, UJET will onboard select customers in April 2026, with general availability expected in the second half of 2026. The company has raised $295 million to date.
