New Jersey Urology has appointed Dr Chidebelu Ufodike as chief operating officer. Dr Ufodike brings over 25 years of healthcare operations experience to the role. New Jersey Urology operates more than 20 locations across central and southern New Jersey, providing urology and cancer care services. The practice is an affiliate of U.S. Urology Partners, which is backed by General Atlantic. Dr Ufodike previously served as vice president of pharmacy inventory management and working capital at Walgreens Boots Alliance, overseeing operations across more than 8,000 locations and managing over $75 billion in pharmacy inventory. He also led the operational integration of 1,934 acquired Rite Aid locations representing approximately $19 billion in revenue. Dr Ufodike holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Howard University.

U.S. Urology Partners has appointed Russ Adkins as Chief Legal Officer to support the company's expansion. Backed by General Atlantic, the company partners with independent, community-based urology practices across six states. Adkins brings over 20 years of legal and healthcare experience. He previously served nearly 13 years as Chief Legal Officer at Compassus, a post-acute services provider, where he managed legal operations through three private equity sponsorships and numerous acquisitions. He also held roles at M*Modal Inc. and private law firms. At U.S. Urology Partners, Adkins will counsel on healthcare regulatory matters, strategic transactions and corporate governance as the company continues expanding its integrated healthcare platform across more than 70 locations in Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Reinaldo "Rey" Pascual joins U.S. Urology Partners as Chief Financial Officer and Trip Cothren as Chief Strategy and Integration Officer, while Kiersten O'Hara is promoted to Chief People Officer.
