Ultralight raises $9.3M for AI-native operating system transforming modern medicine

Ultralight, an AI-native operating system for modern medicine, has raised $9.3 million in seed funding led by The General Partnership. Wisdom Ventures, Anthemis Group, Emerson Collective, GSBackers and various angel investors participated in the round. The platform automates administrative tasks and provides clinical insights for functional, integrative and longevity practices. Ultralight unifies electronic health records, practice management and patient engagement in a single vertical SaaS stack with integrated AI capabilities. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Ultralight on the transaction, with Lang Liu and Oliver Zhou leading the team.
