UUnimarket provides a cloud-based eProcurement platform that connects a broad supplier marketplace with purchasing, invoice management, and card payment features in a single SaaS system. Users browse a catalog-driven marketplace to find and buy items, while suppliers manage their data on the same platform. The product integrates requisition, approval workflows, purchase orders, invoicing, and payments into one streamlined process. Unlike tools that only handle one part of procurement, Unimarket combines catalog management, ordering, invoicing, and card payments to automate end-to-end purchasing. The company’s goal is to increase purchasing visibility, shorten cycle times, reduce manual work and duplication, and help organizations leverage their buying power more effectively through subscription-based access.

Avetta adds Epigroup, Unimarket & Wakata partnerships. Tue, 8th Sep 2026 (Today) Avetta has partnered with Epigroup, Unimarket and Wakata, adding three companies to its supply-chain partner network. The agreements span safety consulting, procurement software and field operations management, broadening the support available to clients and suppliers in higher-risk industries. Perth-based Epigroup focuses on workplace safety services, including psychosocial risk, technical safety staffing and digital tools designed to improve workplace culture and frontline safety practices. Under the partnership, Avetta and Epigroup will work on a more people-focused approach to safety oversight. This includes supporting customers managing psychosocial risk and strengthening safety culture across contractor and supplier environments. Another agreement brings Unimarket into Avetta's network. Unimarket provides source-to-pay software, now integrated with Avetta so procurement teams can access supplier readiness, risk and compliance information within sourcing and buying workflows. The integration brings verified supplier data closer to purchasing decisions, linking procurement activity with contractor and supplier checks that are often handled in separate systems. For organisations with large supplier bases, that could affect how quickly they assess vendors and move contracts forward. "Our partnership with Avetta helps bring supplier readiness, risk and compliance data into the procurement workflows where sourcing and buying decisions are made," said Dale Burgess, Director of ANZ Partnerships at Unimarket. "By connecting Avetta's supplier intelligence with Unimarket's source-to-pay platform, organisations can gain greater clarity and control and make more informed decisions across the supplier lifecycle and buying journey," Burgess said. Wakata, the third new partner, focuses on compliance and governance in field operations. Its work includes worker assessments and the management of plant and equipment, areas tied closely to day-to-day activity on worksites and in operational settings. Through the partnership, Avetta's compliance processes will be linked more directly with field-level oversight. The companies said this would create a more connected approach to contractor compliance, worker readiness, assessments and asset management. That reflects a broader shift among companies seeking to combine procurement, compliance and operational monitoring rather than treat them as stand-alone functions. In sectors such as construction, energy, mining and industrial services, the strength of those links can shape both risk control and the speed at which work is approved to begin. Scott Spencer, Senior Vice President of Alliances at Avetta, said the company was extending the range of specialist support available through its broader ecosystem. "At Avetta, we're committed to building a connected ecosystem that helps our clients and suppliers stay ready for whatever comes next," Spencer said. "By bringing together trusted partners with specialised expertise, we're expanding the support available to organisations as they strengthen safety, manage risk and improve operational performance. Whether through deeper platform capabilities or access to expert services, these partnerships help close the work readiness gap and keep work moving forward." Broader scope The three partnerships show how supplier management platforms are expanding beyond prequalification and documentation checks into adjacent areas such as procurement integration, workforce assessment and field asset oversight. Companies buying these services increasingly want a single view of supplier readiness that extends from onboarding to activity on site. Avetta serves more than 360,000 businesses in over 120 countries. Its platform covers compliance, prequalification, safety and performance benchmarking, giving it a large installed base from which to add partners and integrations. For Unimarket, the relationship offers a route into organisations looking to embed risk and compliance checks inside purchasing processes rather than run them in parallel. For Epigroup and Wakata, it links advisory and operational tools to a broader network of hiring clients and contractors already using Avetta. Field link Wakata's role in the partnership points to growing attention on what happens after supplier approval. Many businesses now want evidence that approved contractors, individual workers and equipment in the field remain aligned with the standards set during onboarding and procurement. "Our partnership with Avetta connects supply-chain compliance and governance with the realities of work in the field," said Emmy-Clare Rule, Director at Wakata. "Bringing together worker readiness, asset and equipment management with connected assessment records helps organisations see what matters and act with greater confidence. We're looking forward to being part of the Connection Centre in Sydney, where we can connect with organisations across the Avetta community and share practical perspectives on making work safer."

Strategic insights: the new Contract Management Dashboard. Unimarket is excited to introduce the Contract Management Dashboard in NOVA Contracts, a powerful new tool designed to provide procurement leaders and contract managers with real-time visibility into their organization's contract portfolio. By transforming complex data into actionable visual insights, the dashboard helps you manage risk, optimize spend, and ensure timely renewals. Contract performance at a glance. The dashboard features four high-impact metric tiles that provide an immediate snapshot of your contract health: * Total Contract Value: Instantly see the aggregated monetary value of your entire contract portfolio based on your active filters. * Active Contracts: A real-time count of all contracts currently in an "Active" state. * Expired Contracts: Stay ahead of compliance risks with a clear count of contracts that have passed their end date. * Due for Renewal: Proactively manage your pipeline with a count of contracts approaching their renewal or alert dates. Visualizing your portfolio. Beyond simple totals, the dashboard offers several interactive visualizations to help you drill down into the details: 1. Contract status breakdown. A donut chart that groups all contracts by their current stage in the lifecycle. To simplify your view, all workflow-related statuses are grouped into a single "Review & Approve" category, alongside Active and Pending states. 2. Expiring vs. Renewing (6-month forecast). This bar chart provides a forward-looking view of the next six months. It displays the total monetary value of contracts set to expire versus those set to renew each month, allowing for better financial and resource planning. Quickly identify where your contracts are concentrated. These charts display the top 10 contract types and UNSPSC categories by count, helping you understand your organization's procurement patterns. Powerful filtering for targeted analysis. The dashboard is fully interactive. You can filter all tiles and charts by: * Contract End Date: View data for specific timeframes (e.g., Last 6 Months, Next 12 Months). * Contract Owner: Analyze the workload and portfolio of specific team members. * Organization Unit: Drill down into specific departments or business units. * Category: Filter by UNSPSC category to see data relevant to specific spend areas. Getting started. The Contract Management Dashboard is now available for all Nova Contracts customers.
