United Aesthetics Alliance has partnered with Parkcrest Plastic Surgery and the Aesthetics Center, marking its first expansion into Missouri. The St. Louis-based practice, founded in 2001, is led by board-certified plastic surgeons Dr David Caplin and Dr Patricia McGuire. Parkcrest employs two plastic surgeons, four injectors, and two aestheticians, offering surgical procedures and medspa services. Dr Caplin specialises in facial rejuvenation and co-founded the Gateway to Hope non-profit for breast healthcare access. Dr McGuire focuses on breast procedures and formerly served as President of the Aesthetic Foundation. The practice will continue operating from its current St. Louis location under its existing name. UAA is a platform of plastic surgery practices and medspa brands that provides centralised operational and administrative resources to partner practices.
