UFT's acquisition of Montana-based Peak Group Companies expands its water and wastewater treatment platform across the Northern Rockies and Northern Plains. Industrial water and wastewater products distributor United Flow Technologies announced May 28 that it has acquired Peak Group Companies - a Belgrade, MT-based water and wastewater treatment organization. UFT said the acquisition expands its presence across the Northern Rockies and Northern Plains, while adding wastewater treatment, pump and process equipment capabilities in key growth markets. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Peak Group Companies has more than 50 years of combined experience providing water and wastewater treatment solutions to municipal and industrial customers. The company supports customers with regulatory compliance, operational challenges and system performance. "Peak Group is a strong strategic fit that enhances our platform with meaningful wastewater scale and technical depth," UFT CEO Matt Hart said in a news release. "This addition positions UFT to accelerate growth in the Mountain West, leveraging operational expertise across wastewater construction, maintenance and service capabilities."
