Uniti AI provides an AI-powered platform that enhances lead conversion by deploying AI-driven sales development representatives (SDRs) to engage leads quickly and consistently. The system supports multiple channels—web chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and VoiceAI—and aims to shorten response times to about 90 seconds while boosting conversion rates by over 20%. Implementation is fast, with most customers up and running in 5 to 10 days, and ongoing subscription-based service includes support and customization. The main difference from competitors is its emphasis on rapid deployment, real-time, personalized communication across several channels via AI SDRs, and a scalable model that integrates directly into a client’s sales workflow. Uniti AI’s goal is to improve sales efficiency and customer engagement by delivering timely, personalized outreach at scale, helping businesses convert more leads into customers.

New York-based Uniti, which develops agentic AI and specialist software for real estate workflows, has announced the closing of a $12 million Series A led by Pathlight, with participation from MetaProp. Existing investors Prudence, Flex Capital, Alate, and RE VC also participated. Individual investors in this round include Romain Huet of OpenAI, inluencer Lenny Rachitsky and former Googler Gokul Rajaram. Founded by Francesco Decamilli and Emre Altinok in 2023, Uniti set out to modernize technology used to manage real estate. Decamilli earned a degree in economics at Yale and spent a few years at the real estate news website Bisnow. He also worked at the U.K. marketing firm Valve. Altinok is a music lover and "music engineer" who has collaborated with Grammy-winning artists like Moby and Rufus Du Sol. He also co-founded a music app. "Emre and I met as freshmen at Yale and became close friends. After graduation, our careers went in opposite directions. Emre went deep into machine learning, I built mine in real estate. Nearly a decade later, those worlds converged," said Decamilli. Mahdi Raza, general partner at Pathlight, calls real estate one of the most operationally complex industries, with fragmented software and manual workflows. "Property managers are, at their core, operations people," said Decamilli. "They live and die by process, consistency, and execution. What we've built is the infrastructure to codify that playbook and run it perfectly, every time, at any scale." Uniti says its AI agents handle the "full breadth of real estate workflows," from sales and leasing to support, maintenance, collections, payments, and reviews. The agents also run across voice, SMS, email, chat, and WhatsApp, integrated with over 15 property management systems (PMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. Early customers of the company include Regus, StorQuest, RHP Properties, Storage King USA and Fora. Uniti says one of its users, a self-storage operator, reports a 214% ROI and some others report 94% conversion of pilots into long-term customer contracts and 306% net revenue retention. "Uniti's AI agents now handle 100% of our inbound calls across all our locations. The team that used to manage that volume is now focused on the work that drives the business. The ROI has been undeniable," said Brian Cohen, CEO of Storage King USA.
Uniti AI, co-founded by Emre Altınok and Francesco Decamilli, secured a $4 million seed investment led by Prudence, with participation from Alate Partners, Flex Capital, Observer Capital, and RE Angels. The funding will accelerate Uniti AI's growth in automating customer interactions for commercial real estate operators. The AI platform, used in over 10 countries, enhances customer engagement and conversion rates. The company plans to launch AI voice assistants and improve system integrations.
Uniti AI has secured a funding round led by Prudence, with participation from prominent investors, to support its AI agent platform for the commercial real estate industry.
