UpKeep, a mobile-first Asset Operations Management platform, has launched UpKeep Learn, an AI-powered training platform that automatically generates courses from existing SOPs and operational data. The system reduces course creation time from months to hours whilst tracking workforce certifications and compliance gaps. The platform uses AI to transform procedures, safety manuals and work instructions into complete courses with slides, narration and quizzes. It provides compliance tracking across entire workforces and integrates directly with UpKeep's CMMS and safety programmes, enabling training to connect with assets, locations and work order history. UpKeep Learn targets operations managers, safety leads and HR teams requiring streamlined training and compliance management. The platform is available now, with pricing details at upkeep.com/learn. UpKeep serves over 4,000 companies including McDonald's, Caterpillar and Chevron.
UpKeep, an asset operations platform serving over 400,000 users in 60 countries, has received a strategic growth investment from Accel-KKR. The funding will accelerate expansion of UpKeep's AI-native platform across maintenance, safety and learning functions. Founded by Ryan Chan, UpKeep has evolved from a computerised maintenance management system into a comprehensive operations platform. Its offerings include UpKeep Safety for health and safety workflows, UpKeep Learn for workforce training, UpKeep Studio for custom applications, and Supernova, an AI platform that automates routine work with manager approval. More than 4,000 companies, including Unilever, Chevron and McDonald's, use the platform to reduce downtime and manage assets. Accel-KKR, a technology-focused investment firm with over $23 billion in commitments, will support UpKeep's continued platform development and AI integration.
UpKeep has launched Studio, a no-code app platform enabling maintenance and operations teams to build custom software applications directly within their CMMS. The platform addresses the $700 billion maintenance industry's reliance on spreadsheets and fragmented tools. Studio offers three development paths: an App Marketplace with ready-made applications, an AI App Builder using natural language prompts with full API access, and Studio Concierge pairing customers with UpKeep engineers for complex builds. The platform launches with over 30 apps covering workflows including asset replacement prioritisation, safety hazard tracking and fleet compliance reporting. UpKeep is opening a Partner Programme for vendors and consultants to build and distribute apps to its 400,000 users across 60 countries. The App Marketplace is included on Premium plans, whilst Studio Concierge starts at $3,000 monthly.
UpKeep proudly earns the prestigious Leader award for Winter 2025, standing out for its exceptional customer satisfaction across the board.
“It’s no wonder UpKeep has been named an IDC leader within CMMS.
