The platform addresses the $700 billion maintenance industry's reliance on spreadsheets and fragmented tools. Studio offers three development paths: an App Marketplace with ready-made applications, an AI App Builder using natural language prompts with full API access, and Studio Concierge pairing customers with UpKeep engineers for complex builds. The platform launches with over 30 apps covering workflows including asset replacement prioritisation, safety hazard tracking and fleet compliance reporting. UpKeep is opening a Partner Programme for vendors and consultants to build and distribute apps to its 400,000 users across 60 countries. The App Marketplace is included on Premium plans, whilst Studio Concierge starts at $3,000 monthly.
