UUptick is a cloud-based software platform for asset maintenance and compliance in building services, especially fire, security, and HVAC. It coordinates the full workflow from quoting and scheduling to invoicing and reporting, with modules for workforce management, digital forms, real-time job tracking, asset lifecycle management, and a client portal. Field technicians can inspect, log defects with photos, and view historical data on-site via an offline/online mobile app, while office staff automate scheduling and invoicing and view live dashboards. Uptick differentiates itself by emphasizing asset-based compliance beyond traditional fire-protection work, expanding through acquisitions like FireMate and international growth, and targeting a wide range of customers from facility managers to local governments; its goal is to make building services maintenance more transparent, paperless, and efficiently managed.
