Venti Technologies builds and deploys AI-powered software that helps driverless vehicles move goods in logistics hubs such as ports, airports, factories, and warehouses. Its autonomous vehicle software platform can be integrated into different kinds of vehicles to automate the transport of cargo, improving efficiency and safety in busy industrial settings. The company targets business customers—operators of logistics hubs and industrial facilities—and earns revenue by selling and deploying its software systems. Compared with others in the field, Venti focuses on applying autonomous transport software across a range of industrial environments and aims to scale its operations and team to expand its global reach. The ultimate goal is to provide AI-driven, automated logistics solutions that streamline goods movement and enhance safety in large-scale supply chains.

Venti Technologies has secured a long-term agreement with a major North American railroad to deploy AI-powered autonomous vehicles at intermodal terminals across the US. The arrangement marks the first full-production use of autonomous container trucks in a large US intermodal facility. Venti's technology will initially be deployed at two of the busiest US intermodal facilities, handling container loading, moving, and unloading without drivers. The company expects to deploy over 100 autonomous trucks across eight of the railroad's sites by 2027, expanding to more than 600 by the decade's end. Founded in 2018 by an MIT-affiliated team, Venti specialises in autonomous vehicle logistics for industrial yards and logistics hubs. The company is the only firm outside China to successfully operationalise physical AI autonomy for moving goods in heavy-logistics environments.
Venti Technologies, a Singapore-based startup developing Physical AI-powered autonomous vehicles for logistics environments, has won FedEx's 2026 Small Business Grant Contest for Asia Pacific, securing a $30,000 grant. Three other companies received Special Mentions with $13,000 grants each: Singapore's Aether Fuels, which converts waste carbon into sustainable aviation and marine fuels; China's Linkerbot, developing dexterous robotic hands; and Australia's Sicona Battery Technologies, commercialising silicon carbon anode materials for lithium-ion batteries. The fifth annual contest, held in collaboration with Forbes Asia, selects winners based on innovation, scalability and international competitiveness. Launched in the US in 2012, the programme now operates across 31 international markets.
