VeriFast, a Toronto, Canada-based provider of an AI-powered Verification-as-a-Service platform, acquired Opsansa, a San Francisco, CA-based company which specializes in automated property management support. With the acquisition, VeriFast will expand its offerings. Opsansa provides a personal support service that supports clients' contacts via email, messaging, and phone calls. It operates 24/7, in all languages and across all systems, offering a customized storage infrastructure for the real estate industry. As part of the acquisition, Rowan Aldean, CEO of Opsansa, will join the VeriFast executive team as VP of Automation. Led by CEO Tim Ray, VeriFast develops a verification-as-a-service platform developing capabilities and analytics for Digital ID - KYC, income verifications, employment validations, tax transcript data and rich analyses including full P&L, cashflow and underwriting transaction management.
In addition to hiring Hansen, VeriFast has promoted team member Jeanne Klein from vice president of sales to senior vice president of sales and Becca Stafford to vice president of operations.
