Mill Point Capital has completed the sale of Verinext, an IT services platform providing end-to-end technology solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients, to Arctiq, a provider of professional IT solutions and managed services. Financial terms were not disclosed. During Mill Point's ownership, Verinext transformed into a scaled and diversified platform centred on high-growth technology areas. The company delivers services including intelligent automation, data protection, infrastructure security and customer experience improvements. Arctiq is a global technology services firm delivering professional and managed services across enterprise security, modern infrastructure and autonomous operations. The company helps organisations operate, secure and modernise complex environments under an integrated operating model. Guggenheim Securities served as financial adviser to Verinext, whilst McDermott Will & Schulte acted as legal adviser.
