Bradley will remain with the company through May to support a smooth and orderly transition, the distributor said. Veseris said since joining the company in November 2022, Bradley has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction, strengthening its foundation and advancing its market position. His leadership, commitment and steady guidance have helped position Veseris for continued success and progress toward its aim of being the Preferred Choice for customers, employees, and manufacturer partners, the company said. Effective immediately, Mike Ruprich has been named chairman and CEO of Veseris. "We are grateful for Ken's leadership and the meaningful impact he has had on Veseris," Ruprich said. Ruprich has been closely involved with Veseris since it became a standalone enterprise, serving as chairman of the board and playing an integral role in the company's evolution. Veseris has appointed John Smith as president of The Tessman Company, a Veseris subsidiary. Smith, who brings over 15 years of commercial leadership experience in specialty chemical, agriculture, pest control and turf markets, will report directly to Veseris CEO Ken Bradley. Smith replaces Terry Reiten, who will retire in July after 24 years leading Tessman & Lynde Companies. Reiten joined in 2001 and became an owner shortly thereafter, building the business across Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. Smith will assume his role on 4 May and work alongside Reiten through July to ensure a smooth transition. Veseris, headquartered in Austin, Texas, operates approximately 82 locations across the US, Canada and Mexico, serving structural pest, turf, public health and wildlife management markets.
