Vessel Technologies has appointed Maya Leigh as Director of Design & Engineering to lead its expanding global technical organisation. Leigh brings over 20 years of experience in industrialised construction and product development, most recently serving as Director of Design & Engineering at Veev by Lennar. In her new role, Leigh will oversee the development of a design and engineering innovation hub in Israel. The hub will focus on product innovation, manufacturing integration, and supporting the company's long-term growth plans. Vessel Technologies develops standardised housing solutions aimed at addressing shortages in attainable housing. The New York-based company integrates product architecture, production, and delivery into a coordinated system designed to improve efficiency and predictability compared to conventional development methods. The appointment reflects Vessel's ongoing investment in technical capabilities as it expands operations across Connecticut, New Jersey, and other markets nationally.
Vessel has tapped Tom Sharpin as Vice President of Franchise Sales, and Jonathan Buck and Scott Wolfe as Franchise Sales Directors, to join Head of Franchising Gus Stamoutsos on the company's franchise development team.
Vessel Technologies - a mission-driven housing product development company and franchisor that offers a high-quality, sustainable, and attainably priced housing solution - announced it has secured Series A funding from co-lead investors Mastry Ventures and LENx, the venture arm of homebuilder Lennar.
