Vested, a marketing and communications agency focused on financial services, has appointed three senior leaders to expand its digital and creative capabilities. Sitha Ngy joins as Senior Creative Director in Seattle, Paul Dalton-Borge as Managing Director in London, and Adam Fontana as Director of Digital Strategy in Chicago. Ngy brings over 15 years of experience, having worked with brands including American Express, T-Mobile and Coca-Cola. Most recently, he served as VP and Group Creative Director at Deloitte Digital. Dalton-Borge joins from Four Agency Worldwide, where he led creative and digital development. Fontana brings two decades of experience in digital strategy across financial services clients. The appointments reflect growing client demand for integrated marketing programmes spanning earned media, content, digital performance and brand-building.
