Michele Silverman appointed Chief People Officer at DECA Dental Group. Prior to joining DECA Dental Group, Michele served as Chief People Officer at Veterinary Innovative Partners, where she led the company's people strategy, talent initiatives, organizational culture, leadership capability, and employee experience during a period of significant organizational growth. Before that, she spent more than four years with HearingLife, progressing through two senior executive leadership roles. She most recently served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, leading enterprise-wide HR strategy, talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and people operations. Earlier, as Senior Vice President, Organizational Development, she led initiatives focused on leadership capability, organizational transformation, learning strategy, employee engagement, and culture development across the organization. Earlier in her career, Michele served as Vice President of Learning, Development and Internal Communications at Gold's Gym, where she led enterprise learning, leadership development, organizational communications, and employee engagement strategies to strengthen organizational capability and support business growth. Prior to Gold's Gym, Michele spent nearly five years with Time Warner Cable as Senior Director, Internal Communications, providing strategic communication leadership for large-scale human resources, employee engagement, organizational change, and transformation initiatives across the business. She also held leadership roles with Buck Consultants as Director, Communication, advising organizations on strategic communication and change management programs, and previously served as a Communications Consultant at Towers Watson, supporting clients with organizational communication, employee engagement, and transformation strategies. Michele holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University, providing a strong academic foundation in strategic communication, organizational engagement, and leadership communication. Her appointment reflects DECA Dental Group's continued investment in building a high-performance, patient-centric culture while strengthening leadership capability and supporting the organization's next phase of nationwide growth.
