Videa ranks among America's fastest-growing companies.

Videa ranks among America's fastest-growing companies. * August 11, 2026 * 2 minutes read * 8 hours ago Recognition follows a year of platform expansion, new ambient AI capabilities, and growing adoption across DSOs and private practices Videa, the most adopted dental AI platform, today announced it has been ranked No. 75 on the Inc. 5000 list, the annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The recognition marks Videa's second consecutive year among the top 2% of all companies honored. Videa's growth reflects the company's expanding role across the dental industry. Over the past year, the company broadened its platform with the introduction of AutoVerify for insurance eligibility verification, Voice, which captures chairside conversations and perio findings and turns them into chart-ready documentation, and Ambient Intelligence, which surfaces key insights from those patient-provider interactions. The company also continued to grow its presence across leading dental organizations, including 123D, Emergency Dental, and Specialty Dental Brands. Videa has also advanced its support for independent practices, bringing capabilities developed for complex dental organizations to teams across a wider range of practice sizes. Together, these developments reflect Videa's broader vision of AI as an operating layer for dental practices, bringing diagnostics, documentation, patient communication, practice insights, insurance verification, and claims support together within a single platform. By connecting these critical workflows, Videa helps practices of all sizes move faster, reduce errors, and spend more time focused on patients. "A second consecutive top 100 placement is a meaningful milestone for Videa and a credit to the team behind our growth," said Florian Hillen, founder and CEO of Videa. "It reflects a bigger shift in dentistry: AI is becoming core infrastructure for how practices operate, and the breadth of our platform gives Videa the unique opportunity to lead that transition." This year's Inc. 5000 recognizes a new class of companies redefining what growth looks like. From AI and advanced manufacturing to healthcare, consumer products, and professional services, these businesses are expanding their impact, creating jobs, and proving that entrepreneurial ambition continues to fuel the U.S. economy. Among the 5,000 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%, and those companies have collectively added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years. Inc. will celebrate the honorees at the 2026 Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala, taking place October 14-16 in Dallas, Texas, and the top 500 will be listed in the Fall issue of Inc. Magazine. Videa partnership advances pediatric dental AI adoption.

Videa partnership advances pediatric dental AI adoption. * July 14, 2026 * 3 minutes read * 2 hours ago Roll-out supports parent education, provider communication, and coordinated specialty care at scale Videa, the most adopted dental AI platform, today announced that Specialty Dental Brands (SDB) has selected Videa as its dental AI platform. The partnership marks one of the first large-scale AI deployments focused on pediatric dental care, designed to enhance parent education, improve provider communication, and support more coordinated specialty care across SDB's growing network. "Our providers are constantly balancing clinical efficiency with the need to create thoughtful, reassuring experiences for children and families," said Dr. Burg, Chief Dental Officer of SDB. "Videa helps support that balance by giving our teams tools that fit naturally into the way pediatric dentistry is practiced, helping clinicians work more consistently, guide treatment conversations more effectively, and stay focused on delivering high-quality care." Pediatric dentistry brings a distinct set of clinical and communication demands. In addition to diagnosing and planning treatment, providers also must guide parents in understanding findings, build trust in next steps, and navigate referrals across specialties such as orthodontics and oral surgery. Through this partnership, SDB is expanding the use of AI-supported workflows and deploying Videa's Clinical Assist, Daily Dashboard, and Insights solutions across its network after strong provider adoption during the pilot phase. Results of the pilot phase included four out of five practices reaching 80% provider adoption within just 15 days of launch, with results supporting more comprehensive care discussions, improved patient retention, and stronger coordination across specialty referral pathways. Early feedback from SDB pilot locations also pointed to the value of Videa's visual patient education capabilities in pediatric settings. Practice teams reported that parents responded positively to being able to view findings directly within imaging workflows, helping make care discussions more visual and accessible. "Pediatric care requires a high degree of coordination, clarity, and trust across every interaction with families," said Florian Hillen, founder and CEO of Videa. "Specialty Dental Brands understands that technology should support those conversations, not complicate them. We're proud to partner with an organization that is embracing AI in a way that helps providers deliver more comprehensive care while creating a better experience for both patients and parents." SDB joins a growing group of dental organizations using Videa to support more connected care delivery across complex specialty environments. As adoption of AI in pediatric dentistry continues to expand, the partnership reflects Videa's growing momentum in helping providers strengthen patient communication, improve care coordination, and support more consistent clinical experiences across large practice networks. Videa launches ambient intelligence, extending voice AI from documentation to practice insights.

Videa launches ambient intelligence, extending voice AI from documentation to practice insights. May 15, 2026 Videa, one of the most widely adopted dental AI platforms, has announced the launch of Ambient Intelligence, a new category of conversational intelligence designed to help practices learn from patient-provider interactions during care. Built on Videa's broader AI platform spanning imaging, clinical workflows and voice solutions, Ambient Intelligence transforms conversations into actionable insights aimed at improving quality of care, practice performance and operational efficiency. Designed specifically for dental practices, the platform helps teams better understand patterns across discussions, case presentations and other patient interactions. The platform is intended to provide practices with clearer insights into what resonates with patients, where communication may be breaking down and how teams can better address common concerns and anxieties. "Imagine a dental practice where each conversation helps make the next appointment more impactful: providers become sharper with every case, and the entire team has more context to support patients in the best possible way and deliver better care," said Florian Hillen, founder and chief executive officer of Videa. "That is the opportunity we see with Ambient Intelligence. Voice in dentistry can do much more than document a visit. It can help practices learn from everyday interactions and turn those moments into insights that improve care." The initial focus of Ambient Intelligence is to help practices understand which communication approaches are most effective in encouraging patients to proceed with treatment, including how providers explain treatment options and how patients respond. Over time, the conversational intelligence layer is expected to support a wider range of practice insights, including: - Where patients need more clarity to understand diagnoses, treatment options, and next steps - How providers explain findings, recommendations, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes - Opportunities to improve patient clarity, confidence, and follow-through - Variations in treatment conversations across providers, locations, or visit types "The value of Ambient Intelligence comes down to two things: conversion and hospitality," said Chris Salierno, chief dental officer at Tend. "Whether it is coaching a provider on ways to connect better with patients or identifying patterns that influence case acceptance, nothing else provides that kind of visibility into the room. It is invaluable." Within the first six months following the launch of Voice Notes, Videa generated 30,000 notes from more than 22,500 hours of recorded audio across hundreds of practices, reflecting growing demand for voice-enabled technology within dentistry. As part of its expanded voice offering, Voice Perio is now available for practices using Dentrix Core, Dentrix Ascend and OpenDental, enabling hygienists to document pocket depths, bleeding, recession and mobility hands-free. Together with Voice Notes, the launch extends Videa's voice capabilities across more areas of the dental practice. Ambient Intelligence is currently live for selected Voice Notes customers, with a waitlist opening on 12 May and broader availability planned by the end of 2026.
