Vidyard provides a business-focused online video platform that lets companies create, host, and share videos to support marketing, sales, corporate communications, and customer support. It enables teams to record and manage videos quickly and safely, with secure sharing options such as passcodes, Single Sign-On (SSO), and IP whitelisting to control who can view content. The product is sold on a subscription basis, with additional services and partnerships generating revenue, and it also offers free tools and early access to attract new users. Vidyard differentiates itself by targeting multiple business functions with a comprehensive set of video tools designed to connect, convert, and close deals more effectively, rather than focusing on consumer video sharing. Its goal is to help businesses improve their communication strategies, boost engagement, accelerate the sales pipeline, and achieve better results through video.
