The transaction increases Vitana's financial capacity to accelerate growth across the southern and northeastern United States. The dental partnership organisation, which focuses exclusively on paediatric dentistry and orthodontics, will use the funding to partner with additional practitioners in its target markets. The financing validates Vitana's focused business model and track record, according to co-CEOs Amir Fardshisheh and Ashish Bagai. Vitana operates across 10 US states including Texas, Florida, Georgia and New York, partnering with practice owners whilst allowing them to retain autonomy.
