Forge Nano has expanded its partnership with Voltaiq to integrate artificial intelligence across its battery operations. The collaboration will embed Voltaiq's Battery Intelligence platform throughout Forge Nano's US battery development and production facilities. As Forge Nano scales towards high-volume manufacturing, it will use AI to accelerate development, improve quality and provide faster insights. The company recently broke ground on a 3 GWh/year gigafactory in Morrisville, North Carolina, targeting high-performance defence and aerospace applications. Voltaiq's enterprise software will support the entire product lifecycle, enabling engineers to rapidly identify manufacturing anomalies, quality issues and equipment problems during production. The platform unifies electrochemical, materials and process data, giving engineers visibility into performance differences. Forge Nano is merging with Archimedes Tech SPAC Partners II Co.
