The goal of WalkMe is to improve enterprise productivity and user engagement by making digital adoption more efficient in the modern workplace.

SAP is allowed to acquire the Israeli software company Walkme, as approved by the German Federal Cartel Office. The acquisition, valued at $1.5 billion (€1.38 billion), faces no significant competitive concerns. SAP announced the acquisition in early June, aiming to enhance its offerings like Signavio and LeanIX. The Cartel Office noted that Walkme will still face competition post-acquisition. SAP expects to finalize the deal in Q3.
