WellBe Senior Medical has appointed Jeffrey Brown as its chief digital and information officer. He will lead the company's digital strategy, data and analytics, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. Brown has more than 15 years of experience as a healthcare technology executive. He most recently served as chief information and digital officer at a $1B+ integrated payer-provider organisation in New England. He has also been chief information officer at Seattle Children's Hospital, Satellite Healthcare, and Lawrence General Hospital. "Jeffrey's experience makes him the right leader to take us to the next level, where technology does the heavy lifting so our clinicians can focus on spending time with patients," said Jeffrey Kang, WellBe's founder and chief executive officer. WellBe provides home-based medical care in eight states and serves over 120,000 patients.

WellBe Senior Medical has appointed four new leadership team members as the home-based medical care provider scales operations across the US. The company now serves over 120,000 patients in eight states. The new hires include Shafina Shehnaz as chief financial officer, bringing experience from Optum Health where she served as CFO of the care delivery arm. Sabita Lahiri joins as chief transformation officer after leading clinical strategy at Landmark Health for seven years. Dr Katrina Booth, a board-certified geriatrician, becomes chief medical officer, whilst Cammile Bird takes on the role of senior vice president of engagement. CEO Dr Jeff Kang said the appointments will help deliver personalised at-home care as WellBe enters "a pivotal chapter of growth".
