Wellhub appoints Leandro Caldeira as CMO. As well-being becomes a business priority around the world, the Wellhub announces the arrival of Leandro Caldeira as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This appointment reinforces the company's global presence and its commitment to supporting all companies in becoming wellness companies. Leandro is part of the DNA of Wellhub and helped shape its trajectory from a regional startup to a global leader in corporate wellness. After a decade at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), he joined Wellhub in 2017 and since then has led the company's expansion in Brazil and Latin America, and later in North America. In his new role, Leandro will be responsible for leading the company's global marketing strategy. Wellhub, strengthening the brand's positioning, expanding its visibility, and driving adoption in strategic markets. He will also lead initiatives that integrate marketing, data, and AI innovation, aiming to deliver more personalized and impactful experiences for companies, employees, and wellness partners worldwide. "Caldeira is part of the history of Wellhub for almost ten years. He knows how to transform strategy and insights into storytelling - and that's exactly what will define our next chapter," says Cesar Carvalho, CEO of Wellhub.
