Wifinity provides bespoke high-speed internet connectivity for multi-tenant sites in the UK, including holiday parks, student housing, build-to-rent, and public sector buildings. It designs, installs, and operates wireless and wired networks and offers flexible broadband plans, often without long-term contracts, along with managed services for enterprise clients. The company uses its own cloud platform to manage the customer experience and product development and has grown through selective acquisitions (Vital WiFi, Next Connex) and a management buyout funded by Lloyds Development Capital. Its goal is to deliver affordable, practical internet access in underserved or challenging locations by providing tailored end-to-end network solutions and services.

Wifinity has secured a new infrastructure financing package from HSBC, NatWest and Investec to refinance existing debt and fund network investment. The deal follows the company's acquisition by Arcus Infrastructure Partners through Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 3. The flexible debt package will support long-term network investment, backed by Wifinity's contracted cash flows and essential-service profile. Chief executive Costas Demetriou said the financing provides "a solid foundation" for expansion in core markets and selective growth into adjacent areas. The company plans to invest further in its network and technology whilst extending its connectivity solutions to more organisations. Christopher Ehrke, partner and head of digital at Arcus, said the package reflects Wifinity's progress and enables its growth trajectory.
Wifinity named 2026 Megabuyte Telecoms Provider award winner. 23 March 2026 Wifinity Ltd is delighted that Wifinity has been recognised as a winner at the 2026 Telecoms Provider Awards by Megabuyte. Thank you to its team, customers and partners who've supported Wifinity Ltd along the way. Megabuyte's awards are widely regarded for their independent, data-driven approach. Companies are assessed using a proprietary scorecard methodology of KPIs like revenue growth, profitability and scale, alongside analyst insight. Its award reflects the progress Wifinity has made in building and operating reliable connectivity services across sectors from residential developments and student accommodation to defence and commercial environments. Its approach to connectivity brings together resilient infrastructure, active network management, and a strong emphasis on customer experience to ensure connectivity works as it should, wherever it's deployed. The 2026 awards highlight organisations across the UK technology sector that are performing strongly against their peers. On the back of its 2025 and 2026 shortlistings by ISPA, the Glotels and more, it's another welcome milestone - and a good marker of the direction the business is heading.
Investment partnership has seen the company become the UK's leading independent connectivity provider through organic growth and two strategic acquisitions.
