This strategic appointment aims to intensify the impact of the company's marketing initiatives, consolidating its presence and expanding global user engagement. In this role, he will lead a team responsible for developing high-performance creative assets for user acquisition campaigns across multiple markets, with a strong focus on the US audience. Additionally, he will drive the global influencer strategy and partnerships front, including IP licensing and sponsorships, collaborating closely with the Product, Data, and Growth teams to strengthen player engagement and expand the company's portfolio of highest-revenue titles. The executive brings to Wildlife Studios a market trajectory of over 15 years in the areas of marketing and market intelligence in multinational companies, high-growth startups, and entrepreneurship. Previously, he worked at companies such as iFood, Whirlpool Corporation, Solfácil, Nowle, and BRAINS, where he built and led teams in consumer intelligence, research, analysis, and category marketing. Suel holds a degree in Business Administration from Santa Cecília University, with postgraduate degrees in Philosophy (PUCRS) and Customer Experience Management (ESPM). He is an alumnus of the User Insights for Product Decisions program at Reforge. "My career path is geared towards understanding what drives behavior and transforming that into decisions and execution.
