In her new role, Wilson is responsible for providing comprehensive wealth management advice to high-net-worth clients throughout Connecticut. Prior to joining Wilmington Trust at the end of 2025, Wilson was a vice president at Glenmede Trust Co. in New York City. Frank Sutton Frank Sutton was named Chief Fiduciary Officer and Head of Trust Administration and is responsible for trust administration across, and oversight of, the firm's tax, unique assets and estate settlement teams. He is focused on integrating trust teams into local markets and aligning them with planning professionals to drive growth in the trust and estate business. In his previous role at Wilmington Trust, Sutton oversaw a team of trust officers responsible for delivering personal trust and estate administration services. He also served as Head of New Trust Business Acceptance. Prior to joining Wilmington Trust, Sutton spent time at JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch Trust Co. and U.S. Trust Co. and was a trusts and estates attorney in New Jersey and New York. He holds his J.D. from Cornell Law School, an LL.M. in taxation from New York University, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida. Marguerite Weese Marguerite Weese is the new Chief Wealth Strategist and is responsible for coordinating the firm's Wealth Strategists across the footprint to drive revenue and promote the Wilmington Trust brand through thought leadership. She previously served as COO of Wilmington Trust Emerald Family Office & Advisory - guiding clients in the creation and execution of complex financial, estate and succession plans.
