Mike Carlson will return to the company as vice president of sales, effective August 31. He succeeds Mike Chick, who will depart to pursue a new professional opportunity. Carlson brings extensive industry knowledge, proven leadership experience, and a deep understanding of Winholt's customers and business operations to the role. Meanwhile, Winholt has hired Michael Kudelka as Eastern regional sales manager-foodservice and Alicia Bowen as Central regional sales manager-foodservice. These additions will enhance regional support, strengthen customer relationships and expand sales coverage across key markets.
