Core features include a Work From Home (WFH) index, skills evaluation, competitive intelligence, and reskilling capabilities, all accessible through a centralized platform. Unlike generic HR tools, WorkHelix relies on its own data and analytics to guide workforce decisions, enabling companies to plan talent development, remote-work strategies, and automation readiness. The company’s goal is to help organizations optimize their workforce strategy, build resilience against automation, and improve business performance through targeted upskilling and strategic workforce planning.

Workhelix launches Nucleus, the first platform to close the loop between AI opportunity and outcomes. Empowering leaders to know and grow the ROI of their AI. Every enterprise is investing heavily in AI, yet most executives can't answer a critical question of whether it's actually creating value. Workhelix announced Nucleus, a SaaS platform built on research by AI and economics experts from MIT, Stanford, and Wharton, that continuously measures AI's business impact while showing leaders where to focus next to maximize returns. "Turning AI's extraordinary capabilities into measurable business value is the central mission of my career and why I co-founded Workhelix. Nucleus helps leaders identify where AI can create the most value and measure whether that value is being realized." While enterprises have dashboards showing AI activity, few have visibility into AI value. Leaders know how many people have access to AI, but not whether the right people are using it, where the biggest opportunities remain, or whether adoption is translating into measurable business outcomes. Nucleus unifies opportunity mapping and adoption tracking so companies can see their AI progress in one place, in real time. A study co-authored by a Workhelix co-founder found that nearly 20% of U.S. workers could have at least half their tasks accelerated by generative AI. For a typical Fortune 500 company, that represents hundreds of millions of dollars, but identifying that opportunity is just the beginning. "Turning AI's extraordinary capabilities into measurable business value is the central mission of my career and why I co-founded Workhelix. Nucleus helps leaders identify where AI can create the most value and measure whether that value is being realized," said Erik Brynjolfsson, co-founder at Workhelix, Senior Fellow at the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered AI (HAI), and Director of the Stanford Digital Economy Lab. "We're entering an era where competitive advantage won't come from having access to AI; it will come from effectively applying it and proving that it's working. Nucleus gives organizations both of those capabilities," said James Milin, co-founder and CEO of Workhelix. Workhelix's customers include U.S.-based enterprise organizations such as Autodesk, LogicMonitor, and Nasdaq. Workhelix has found that companies leave up to 98% of identified AI value on the table, with the biggest opportunity concentrated among employees who haven't yet reached high AI adoption. Closing the gap is where Nucleus customers are already seeing results: * A cloud infrastructure company generated more than $85,000 in value and saved over 800 hours of work from just six AI power users. * A global financial exchange increased employee time savings from AI more than sixfold in one year. * Nearly one in four employees at that company has now built an AI agent. Nucleus turns AI usage data into a clear, board-ready picture that: * Quantifies enterprise-wide AI value in dollars and hours saved * Identifies the highest-return AI opportunities across the organization * Reveals which teams and employees drive the greatest AI impact, and what top performers do differently * Shows leaders exactly where AI adoption needs to grow next "Workhelix has helped Nasdaq evaluate and quantify AI's impact across the company, leveraging deep, role-level analytics to identify impact, capture value, and unlock new growth opportunities," said Michael O'Rourke, SVP of AI and Machine Learning Engineering, Nasdaq. As AI moves from experimentation to enterprise impact, organizations need systems that manage AI transformation with the same rigor applied to finance, security, and operations. Nucleus enables enterprises to turn AI investments into measurable value. [To share your insights with us, please write to [email protected]]
