The deal allows co-founders and co-CEOs Jeff and Brad Tolkin to retain significant ownership whilst continuing to lead daily operations. WTH generates over $2.5 billion in annual booking volume and operates more than 2,000 franchise agencies through its Dream Vacations and CruiseOne brands. Citation Capital specialises in partnering with founder- and family-led businesses, with a portfolio including Aptive Environmental and Gallo Mechanical. The investment represents Citation Capital's confidence in the travel agency channel and aims to help WTH scale further. Jeff Tolkin described Citation as "the right partner" to support the company's continued growth.
