Overview

YMCA of Honolulu is an independent nonprofit that supports people of all ages through youth development, wellness programs, and community services across Oahu. Its A+ afterschool programs pair supervised activities with academic support, while preschools and Camp Erdman add early learning and outdoor education. Memberships give families access to fitness facilities and swimming, while contributions, grants, and contracts support programs and financial assistance. The association works through its branches and at schools and other community sites, reaching residents beyond its membership facilities. Founded in 1869, it is headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii.
