Yes Energy acquires Enelytix to expand cloud-native power market modelling and forecasting platform

Yes Energy, a power market data and software provider, has acquired Enelytix, a cloud-native power market modelling and long-term nodal forecasting platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition positions Yes Energy as one of the most vertically integrated platforms in power markets, combining Enelytix's nodal forecasts with Yes Energy's data and analytics infrastructure.
