ZRG

Data-driven executive search and talent advisory

Overview

ZRG Partners provides executive search and talent advisory services for Fortune 1000 clients, private equity firms, and organizations across healthcare, life sciences, technology, and financial services. Its core offering is retained executive search, targeting senior-level roles; it has expanded into leadership assessment, consulting, and interim solutions through acquisitions. A key differentiator is the Zi Platform, a data-driven suite that integrates analytics into the search process, supported by the Z Score, a quantitative system for evaluating candidates that considers factors like culture fit and performance metrics. The business model centers on retained search fees based on a percentage of the first-year compensation of hired executives. Overall, ZRG aims to disrupt traditional recruitment by using data science and analytics to deliver more objective, comprehensive talent assessments and broader talent advisory services across the human capital lifecycle.
