The company's third-quarter revenue guidance of $1.56 billion came in 4.1% above analyst forecasts. Management raised full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $21 at the midpoint, a 13.5% increase. Operating margin improved to 20.6%, up from 14.2% in the same quarter last year. Free cash flow margin rose to 12.7% from 10.1%. Following the announcement, Zebra's stock jumped 11.9%. Chief executive Bill Burns attributed the record results to broad-based demand and strong supplier relationships.

However, share prices have declined 3.1% on average since the latest earnings results.
