Rouleau, previously chief operating officer, succeeds Chris Conant, who is joining Anthropic as global head of strategic deployments and customer success. Rouleau brings over 20 years of financial services and technology leadership experience, including senior roles at Bank of America, Accenture and Salesforce. As COO, he led sales, delivery and operational development during Zennify's AI transformation. Over the past three years, Conant and Rouleau rebuilt the firm around an AI-first operating model. The leadership transition comes as Salesforce and Anthropic deepen their focus on regulated industries, with Claude now Salesforce's preferred AI model for the sector.
