Archive Intel and Zocks unite on AI compliance. September 1, 2026 Archive Intel, an AI-driven communications compliance platform built for financial institutions, has entered into a partnership with Zocks, a privacy-focused AI platform serving the financial services sector. The tie-up creates a new integration that allows information captured by Zocks' AI notetaker to be sent directly into Archive Intel's system, where it is contextually assessed, checked for language that could breach regulatory standards, and stored in a format ready for audit purposes. The move responds to SEC and FINRA rules, which classify output from AI notetakers as electronic client correspondence that firms are obliged to review and hold onto for a period of five years. Existing Archive Intel customers will be able to switch on the Zocks integration directly from within the platform, at a cost of $12 per user each month. Archive Intel positions itself as a compliance system purpose-built for firms regulated by the SEC and FINRA, bringing together archiving and supervision of client communications, AI-assisted marketing review, oversight of compliance obligations, and trade monitoring within one platform. It gathers and examines business communications spanning text messages, email, chat, social media, AI-based chat tools, AI notetakers and the web, using contextual AI to flag regulatory risks while keeping compliance staff involved in reviewing flagged material. Zocks describes itself as a privacy-first, agentic AI platform aimed at financial advisers and firms. It says its AI assistant frees up more than ten hours a week for advisers by handling routine tasks and converting client conversations, emails and documents into structured data linked to a firm's wider technology and AI setup, with the aim of speeding up plan-building and client onboarding, surfacing growth opportunities and helping firms anticipate client servicing needs. Archive Intel founder and CEO Larry Shumbres said, "Archive Intel gives Zocks users a secure way to capture, review and retain data from their AI assistant. This integration addresses that need by helping wealth management firms strengthen compliance oversight, organize critical records and reduce the risk of costly violations." Zocks co-founder and CEO Mark Gilbert said, "Managing compliance across a growing number of client communication channels is a significant challenge for wealth management firms. "By integrating with Archive Intel, we are giving firms a more efficient way to review and retain AI-generated records as part of their existing compliance workflows." Enjoying the stories? SEI partners with Zocks to deliver ai-native workflow automation for financial advisors. Quick summary. SEI has partnered with Zocks to integrate a specialized AI assistant for financial advisors into its wealth management ecosystem. This collaboration enables firms to automate administrative tasks like meeting notes and CRM updates, allowing advisors to focus on client relationships while advancing SEI's goal of becoming an AI-native organization. How does Zocks automate advisor workflows? The integration of Zocks into the SEI ecosystem addresses the administrative burden that often hinders advisor productivity. By leveraging agentic AI technology, the platform transforms client conversations into structured data, automating the most time-consuming parts of the wealth management lifecycle. Key automated features include: * Meeting preparation and real-time note-taking. * Automated client follow-up communications. * Instant CRM and planning updates. * Streamlined client onboarding and form completion. This automation is designed to save advisors 10+ hours a week, converting manual tasks into actionable intelligence that integrates directly with existing firm technology stacks. What results has SEI delivered in its AI strategy? This partnership is a tactical execution of SEI's broader AI-native transformation strategy. Following the appointment of a Chief AI Strategist in June, SEI is focusing on practical AI adoption rather than mere experimentation. The collaboration with Zocks provides advisors with discounted pricing and specialized resources to ensure thoughtful implementation of automated tools. "Advisors are moving beyond AI curiosity and looking for practical ways to embed intelligent automation into the workflows that matter most to their businesses," said Erich Holland, Head of SEI's U.S. Wealth and Advisor Business. By providing enterprise-grade compliance and reporting through Zocks, SEI ensures that scaling through AI does not compromise data security or regulatory standards. How does this strengthen client engagement? By removing the friction of manual data entry, advisors can dedicate more time to personalized financial advice. Zocks allows firms to identify growth opportunities and anticipate servicing needs by analyzing client intelligence gathered during everyday conversations. This shift from time savings to deeper productivity ensures that the AI assistant for financial advisors serves as a bridge to more proactive client management. "Together, we can help more advisors use AI to streamline meeting workflows, accelerate follow-up, improve data quality, and create more capacity for the client relationships that matter most," stated Jim Hardeman, Executive Vice President of Product at Zocks. Ff news take: SEI's move to integrate Zocks is a significant step in the wealthtech arms race. While many firms talk about AI, SEI is delivering tangible utility by tackling the specific 'paperwork' pain points that plague RIAs. By saving 10 hours per week, this partnership directly moves the needle on advisor profitability and scalability, proving that the future of wealth management lies in agentic automation.
