Requirements
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience in digital products, software development, or related technical domains.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and digital design processes.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, capable of managing diverse stakeholders and fostering collaboration.
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end execution of large-scale, cross-functional digital programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for program success, tracking progress, identifying risks, and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Bring together cross-organizational teams such as IT, Production, Vehicle R&D, Growth, and Business to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency at every stage of the project.
  • Translate complex technical requirements and constraints into actionable project plans.
  • Support engineering and design teams by removing roadblocks and fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency.
  • Responsible for program kick offs, socialization, weekly updates from all cross-org teams, and communicating weekly status to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Establish and refine processes to improve collaboration, streamline workflows, and ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery.
  • Drive adoption of tools and frameworks that enable efficient program management within the digital team.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Monitor and address issues promptly, escalating when necessary to maintain project momentum.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed program updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • PMP, Scrum Master certification, or equivalent experience preferred.
