The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Manager - Accounting.

Principal Purpose of Position:

• Manage the daily operations of four individual teams, focusing on employee development, coaching, and training.
• Administer all North American payment processes (ACH, EDI, WFT, wire, check and card payments).
• Troubleshoot and rectify payment issues, complete root cause analysis and implement process improvements.
• Ensure vendor relations incoming call volume is handled in an efficient manner.
• Manage MBWE and vendor spending reporting.
• Oversee the travel and expense reporting system and monthly reconciliation.
• Act as the liaison between accounting and operations to implement new pay processes related to new products.
• Assist in the completion of variety of special projects and new product implementations.
• Ensure business continuity parameters are in place.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

• Bachelor’s degree required. BS in Accounting/Finance preferred.

Relevant Work Experience:

• Internal:  Minimum 5 years of Holman experience in Finance or Operational roles
• External:  Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in an Accounts Payable/Financial Reporting capacity.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $97,450.00 - $141,300.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
