Requirements
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or fast-paced tech environment.
  • Proven experience hiring across engineering, product, and design roles at all levels. In-house and search firm experience preferred.
  • A self-motivated, high-urgency approach with a strong commitment to execution and results.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of recruiting tools, platforms, and strategies, including Lever (or similar ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing techniques to attract top technical talent.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment while maintaining a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Recruit for engineering, product, and design roles, supporting hiring managers in finding and securing the right talent. You’ll manage sourcing, screening, and coordination throughout the hiring process, ensuring a strong pipeline and great candidate experience.
  • Implement creative strategies to proactively identify and engage top talent for Foodsmart. Utilize various channels to build a robust pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates who align with our mission and values.
  • Champion a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring that candidates feel valued and well-informed.
  • Engage in creative outreach efforts, utilizing various channels to attract and connect with candidates. Organize marketing campaigns on job boards, industry websites, and other applicant-facing channels to enhance Foodsmart's visibility.
  • Utilize data to track and analyze metrics, providing insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting process.
