Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the strategic direction for our A2P SMS wholesale business, focusing on revenue growth, cost optimization, and competitive market positioning.
  • Identify, onboard, and cultivate relationships with key regional players, suppliers, and aggregators, expanding our global reach.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Sales and Carrier teams to align procurement and market strategies, ensuring we achieve our regional financial goals and expand into new markets.
  • Partner with the retail sales team to strengthen relationships with large enterprise customers, ensuring best-in-class messaging solutions.
  • Collaborate with Routing and Support teams to ensure high-quality service, competitive pricing, and compliance with industry best practices.
  • Provide expert cost analysis and tailored solutions for large-scale digital native clients and critical deals.
  • Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising SS7 solutions to ensure secure, efficient, and high-performance message delivery.
