  • Compliance with company policies, applicable laws and regulations, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control is required.
  • Completion of assigned online training courses with a passing score by the due date is required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance and operations support to branch staff, other departments, and others as requested or needed.
  • Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and year-end duties, including user audits, IOLTA postings, escheatment, safe deposit box reviews, dormant account reviews, deleted transaction reviews, tax corrections, CIF report review and cleanup, debit card reports, stop and hold report reviews, NSF reports, Regulation D monitoring, and Canadian check and cash rates.
  • Provide branch and department support for cash recyclers, CardWizard assistance and overrides, Vertex issues, wires, disputes, account changes, file maintenance, new account support, documentation review, non-post items, ACH research, stop payments, holds, and forgeries.
  • Conduct account document quality reviews.
  • Maintain, correct, and monitor individual retirement account and health savings account records.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for teller cash recyclers.
  • Correct offages in DDA Settlement, CD Settlement, and Safe Deposit Box Settlements.
  • Participate in GBCI committees and work groups as requested.
  • Provide consistent service to internal and external customers by listening to and asking about customer needs.
  • Participate in required training and staff meetings.
  • Participate in community service and bank-sponsored activities.
  • Complete required bank training courses within assigned time frames.
  • Represent Glacier Bank professionally while maintaining confidentiality, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Keep the work area tidy and maintain customer privacy.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform additional duties as requested or assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • One year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Moderate banking knowledge is preferred.
