Limble, a maintenance and asset management platform, has partnered with VibeCloud Reliability Solutions to integrate predictive maintenance insights with automated work order execution. The integration connects VibeCloud's condition monitoring platform directly with Limble, automatically generating work orders based on asset condition alerts. The partnership addresses a common gap in predictive maintenance programmes, where identifying issues is easier than acting on them. When VibeCloud's system detects potential failures through vibration, ultrasound or motor circuit analysis, it automatically creates work orders in Limble. Once issues are resolved and asset conditions normalise, work orders can close automatically. The integration aims to reduce manual data entry, speed up response times to equipment issues and help teams track asset performance over time for better reliability decisions.
