- Create and maintain purchase orders in Oracle ERP.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, order status, and deliveries.
- Track and expedite open orders to support production schedules.
- Obtain and compare supplier quotes and support sourcing activities.
- Coordinate inbound shipments and shipping documentation.
- Reconcile purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential shortages.
- Maintain supplier, pricing, and purchasing data within Oracle.
- Collect supplier compliance documentation, including COAs, SDSs, and country-of-origin information.
- Prepare purchasing and inventory reports to support operations and S&OP activities.
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Zero to two years of purchasing, procurement, inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience is preferred.
- Experience using Oracle, D365FO, or similar ERP systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and import/export documentation is a plus.
- A self-starter attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong teamwork and customer service mindset.
