- Regular travel to construction sites is required, with a vehicle provided.
- Support tenants during occupied energy-renovation projects using an EnergieSprong-type approach.
- Plan appointments and conduct visits with resident tenants.
- Prepare condition reports with the landlord.
- Act as the link between the works supervisor and residents.
- Transmit information, particularly to the project owner.
- Coordinate tenant communications throughout the installation process, including schedules, notices in common areas, leaflet distribution, letters, and weekly office hours.
- Manage in-person and telephone reception for residents.
- Process tenant complaints.
- Interest in learning a new profession in the building sector.
