  • Partner with security architecture, identity and access management, cloud, infrastructure, and application teams to embed privileged access controls into platforms, pipelines, and operating models.
  • Manage a team of engineers designing, implementing, documenting, and supporting complex privileged access management solutions across CyberArk, secrets management platforms, directory services, cloud identity and access management, and hybrid environments.
  • Provide security consulting and design oversight for enterprise initiatives to ensure privileged access patterns conform to information security policy, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in privileged access management technologies and best practices, staying current on emerging threats, access models, and platform capabilities.

  • Manage resource planning, prioritization, and financial stewardship for privileged access management engineering and platform investments.
  • Mentor, develop, and retain engineering talent, building technical depth and leadership capability within the privileged access management organization.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using AI-assisted development and analysis tools, such as GitHub Copilot and approved code-centric agents.
  • Use AI to accelerate system design, coding, testing, analysis, and troubleshooting.

  • Apply AI responsibly in development and production environments.
  • Ensure AI usage aligns with security, compliance, privacy, and ethical standards.
Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with agentic AI identity frameworks such as SPIFFE and SPIRE.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing Agile teams focused on privileged access management, identity platforms, and security engineering solutions.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps patterns for privileged access, including secure continuous integration and continuous delivery integration, automated credential delivery, secrets injection, and control enforcement.
  • Hands-on understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native environments from a privileged access perspective, including workload identity, service accounts, secrets distribution, and container access controls.
  • Proficiency with cloud and hybrid architectures requiring secure privileged access, including integration with cloud identity and access management, secrets management platforms, and enterprise privileged access management tooling.
  • Ability to drive engineering excellence in privileged access management through automation, policy-driven access, observability, and standardized onboarding patterns.
  • Ability to collaborate with identity and access management, security architecture, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to deliver resilient, compliant, and scalable privileged access solutions.

Shoe Station extends $100M credit facility to 2031, lifts payout basket to $40M

Shoe Station Group (NASDAQ:SHOE) has extended the maturity of its $100 million revolving credit facility to October 15, 2031. The company disclosed the amendment in a Form 8-K filing on October 15, 2026. Wells Fargo Bank, National Association is the administrative agent. Citigroup revenue grew 8%, its best third quarter in a decade, yet shares dropped 5.6%. Goldman Sachs beat estimates, with investment banking fees up 21%, but its stock finished lower. Bank of America missed expectations and faced a $1.2 billion regulatory penalty; shares fell roughly 5%. Cramer sees buying opportunities. Big banks' Q3 dealmaking fees hit $8.47B, up 15%, but deals "delayed rather than canceled

Four of Wall Street's biggest banks reported third quarter dealmaking fees of $8.47 billion, up 15% from a year earlier but down 7.5% from a banner second quarter. Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, and Wells Fargo said activity remains strong despite market volatility and higher borrowing costs. JPMorgan chief financial officer Jeremy Barnum said deals were "delayed rather than canceled" after a slowdown in late September, when volatility widened the gap between what buyers and sellers would accept. Goldman's fees rose 22% to $3.2 billion, led by record M&A advisory revenue. Wells Fargo's rose to $894 million, and Citigroup's rose 9% to $1.35 billion. Goldman chief executive officer David Solomon said some companies postponed initial public offerings (IPOs) in September rather than accept valuations 10% to 15% lower.
